• Yes, products can be shipped worldwide.

 

How much do I pay for shipping?

• Shipping costs are included in the price of products.

 

How long does it take to ship a product?

• It usually takes 2-5 working days and delivery can take cca 2 weeks, depending on the destination (Europe usually 1 week, USA usually 2-3 weeks).

 

Are your products ready to use or just for the decoration/display?

• All of my tools and weapons are ready to use, ready for battle. However, keep your eye on the fact that some of my products are made of historical materials (e.g. Viking seax knife), which may be less durable if really hard used.

 

I have  a problem with my product. What can I do?

• If you have some trouble with your product, please contact me via email or contact form. I will reply as soon as possible and suggest you a solution for your problem.

 

Do you offer some aftersales service?

• If you are able to pay shipping costs to and from me, I will be happy to re-sharpen anything bought from this website for free.
